Returns Policy
Here are Revival Curves we pride ourselves on sourcing and curating quality pre loved clothes. We do our best to thoroughly check these items, however we are not prefect and mistakes happen (don’t tell the husband that though!).
We don’t bite, so if you have any issues with your order please contact us so we work out a solution to ensure you have a pleasant online shopping experience with us.
Items are preloved, used and second hand unless noted as new. Generally these are in excellent to very good condition though may show signs of gentle use.
If there is a small defect it will be noted in the description as sometimes, defects are so small and unnoticeable it can still be worn and enjoyed, whilst saving it from landfill.
We carefully inspect each item before we list it for sale. We do our best to accurately describe and photograph the items that we sell. We do our best to photograph items true to colour but sometimes the colours may be skewed. If we feel the photos do not reflect the true colour we will note it in the description.
As we sell clothes from many different clothing companies, we cannot guarantee any item will be true to size, and therefore, we cannot guarantee that any item will fit you. We provide measurements in CM that are taken flat laid. Please allow -/+ 2cm margin of error.
To give you peace of mind we do offer returns for items that do not match our description or items that do not fit. A refund will be given once Revival Curves has the item back in the condition it was sent to you. If the item was sold as new, the original tags must be in tact.
The refund will be original purchase price minus shipping. Original shipping will be refunded if the item is not as described.
All items should be in the same condition as when you received them and if they came with tags, these should be intact.
Returns will only be considered if returned to and received by Revival Curves within 14 calendar days of purchase.
Revival Curves will pay for the return postage as long as the item has not been worn and is returned in the same condition as when it was bought.
Refunds will be made within 7 days of the items being received and via the same payment method that you used when buying the returned item. Original shipping will be refund if the item was not as described. We do not refund original shipping for items that do not fit.
How to return an item:
1. Send an email to revivalcurves@gmail.com to advise you wish to return an item.
2. A pre paid postage label will be provided to you via email to print out.
