Returns & Refunds Policy

At Revival Curves we want you to shop with confidence and feel great about your preloved finds. That’s why we offer clear, simple returns for eligible purchases within 30 days of delivery. 

What’s Eligible for Return

You can return items for a refund or store credit if:
• You’re within 30 days of delivery. 
• The item is in the same condition as received (clean, unworn, no new marks). 

Please note you are responsible for return postage for change of mind/does not fit.

How Refunds Work

• Full-priced items returned within the eligible period will be refunded back to your original payment method.
• Items purchased as part of a 30% off Build Your Own Bundle are refunded as store credit only.
• Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return unless faulty and not noted.
• Items marked as faulty will be refunded in full if the fault was not noted in the listing.

We aim to process your return within 5–7 business days once we receive it. 

Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance items (40%+ off) — final sale, no returns.
• Thrift Kits — now issued as $50 gift vouchers and are non-refundable.
• Build Your Own Bundle discounted items are only eligible for store credit refunds.

Return Steps

Log into your account and select the order you want to return
Complete the return request for the item(s).
Once approved, send the item back to:
