Everything you need to know about returning your preloved fashion items to us.

Important Update to Our Return Policy

To continue offering refunds (not just store credits) for returns, we made updates to our Return Policy effective December 1st. Here’s what’s new:

  • Self-Service Returns: You can now log into your account and process returns easily online.
  • Return Postage: Returns for change of mind or items that don’t fit are still accepted, but buyers are now responsible for the return postage costs.
  • Final Clearance/Black Friday Sales: Items purchased during final clearance or Black Friday sales are no longer eligible for returns due to change of mind.


Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Absolutely! We get it, sometimes things just don’t work out especially when buying secondhand. Please return the item in the same condition that it was purchased within 30 days. 

The money will be refunded back on to your original payment method or you can ask for a store credit if you prefer.  Original shipping charge will not be refunded.  The buyer will need to pay for return postage. 

How quickly will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return in the condition that is was sold to you, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the item via the payment method made when you ordered. 

How to return an item:

1. Login to your account here
2. Click request return for the order you want to return. If there is more than one item select each item. 
3. Click 'Request Return'
4. Revival Curves will review your return request and if approved please return the item to the following address below.
