How to Use Your Store Credit at Checkout
If you have store credit available, here's how to use it when making a purchase of your preloved plus size goodies:
- Log into your account – Make sure you're signed into your customer account on our store.
- Add items to your cart – Shop as usual and head to checkout when you're ready.
- Apply your store credit – At checkout, you'll see your available store credit in the "Store Credit" section. Simply select "Apply Store Credit" to use it as payment.
- Full amount applies – Store credit must be used in full; you can't choose to use only part of it. If your store credit is more than your order total, you may need to add more items to your cart to use the full amount.
- Complete your purchase – If your store credit covers the full amount, you're all set! If there's a remaining balance, just pay the rest with your preferred payment method.
You can check your store credit balance anytime in your account details when logged in. Store credits are valid for 3 years inline with Australia Consumer Law.
